The handsome Australian waiter/actor inspired me to try a juice cleanse, but I wanted to do it right. I was recommended a few more high-end juice/cleanse companies like BluePrint Cleanse, that deliver juices and soups to your doorstep. Their juices are quite tasty and much better and nutritious than the lemon/cayenne pepper/honey concoction. You basically drink the three bottles of juice a day. A kindergartner could do it (but not advised for children). And then I discovered Liquiteria. At Liquiteria you will spend a fraction of the cost that you would on other juicing/cleansing programs. Instead of $150 for three days of juices, it will be around $50. I recommend "The Killer," "Grasshopper," and "Royal Flush.
