
1. Wake up tomorrow on the right side of the bed. The first thing you should think about it everything that you are thankful for. I do this out loud every morning in the shower If you start your day this way, it will only get better.
2. Think about what you CAN do and when an obstacle comes your way, think about how you are going to overcome it because you will!
3. Stop feeling bad for yourself, and instead feel good about yourself. Go to the gym. Blow your hair out and, put on your make up, and dress up every day. Convince yourself that you are the most amazing person in the world.
4. Make yourself productive. Take a class to learn something new or Volunteer. Enriching yourself through education and helping others is incredibly rewarding.
5. Don't indulge yourself in idle gossip. Instead, see and the best in everyone and tell everyone about it. It will come back to you.
If you do all these things, the positive energy will come back to you full circle and amazing things will start to happen.
